Important Exhibitor Tasks

Please review the list of tasks below. These are the items that you will need to complete to continue planning for the event. As a reminder, each booth will include: 

West Hall (Booth #'s 100-3999):
Each 10’ x 10’ booth will be set with 8’ high Black back drape & 3’ high Black side dividers. Each booth will also get a 5" x 14" booth number floor tile placed in the aisle in front of the booth so that attendees can more easily navigate the expo. The West Hall aisles will be carpeted in Tuxedo.

Alaska Hall (East Hall) (Booth #'s 4000-4400):
Each 10’ x 10’ booth will be set with 8’ high White back drape & 3’ high White side dividers. Each booth will also get a 5" x 14" booth number floor tile placed in the aisle in front of the booth so that attendees can more easily navigate the expo. The Alaska Hall aisles will be carpeted in Midnight Blue.

Please note: Your booth space is not carpeted but Show Management requires all booths have carpet or suitable floor covering. You can order carpeting from Freeman once this is available or bring your own.

Through this form you will provide booth details along with drawings of the booth design for our Operations team to evaluate and approve. It is required for ALL Lead Exhibitors.

Required ONLY if an outside contractor will be building your booth. If you will be hiring a company, outside of Freeman, to build your booth, please fill out this form. Also, if you will be building your booth yourself, you will not need to fill out this form.

Freeman will begin receiving materials on-site on this date. Shipments arriving prior to November 15th may be refused by the venue and/or incur additional charges. Freeman will receive your materials and deliver them to your booth space. Please contact Freeman for all associated fees.
