Libra-Plast AS is a manufacturer of hinged bulkhead doors and hatches in all types of materials, and to all types of ships. Our main office is at Hareid, Norway. Together with our agent in the US, Imtra Corporation, we take pride in giving all of our existing and new customers the best service possible.
Our products are the new generation of bulkhead doors and hatches with focus on light weight and easy operation, and with all moving parts in stainless steel AISI316L.
Libra was established in 1954 and has been producing doors and hatches since the 1970. We produce in total 7000 doors and hatces each year and have since 2006 served many customers in the US and Canada, as for example: Vancouver Shipyard, Irving Shipyard, Seatrium (Keppel) Amfels, Eastern, Thoma-Sea, All American Marine, Vigor, Bollinger, North American Shipbuilding, LA Ship, Tampa Shipyard, Gulfport Shipyard, Metal Shark, Gulf Craft, Master Boat, and many more.
