Register for Exhibitor Badges & Invite Customers
Please take a moment to review important information regarding registering your personnel for badges as well as inviting customers and guests to attend the event.
Register Exhibit Personnel |
You can register your Booth Staff by visiting Exhibitor Registration. The password for your company has been sent to the main point of contact at your company. If you have any questions regarding registration or need your password resent, please contact registration@divcom.com.

Badge Pick Up |
Badges will not be mailed in advance. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code and badge number for each registrant. Print this confirmation or pull it up on your mobile device at the event to have your badge printed for you.

Badge Colors |
Badges are color coded by business category to help exhibitors easily target their buyers. A badge color guide will be distributed to each booth onsite.

Correct or Change Badge
|
If you need to change or correct a badge, go to the Exhibitor Registration website here. Once logged into the system, hit the “Update” button next to the badge(s) needing changes. If you need further assistance, contact registration@divcom.com.

Invite Your Customers for Free |
Through exhibitor registration, you can access your company’s custom registration link to invite your customers and prospects to the event for free! Once logged in to exhibitor registration, simply click on the Send Invitations subtab under the Invite Customers header. A custom registration link is provided for you to send via email or share through your company’s social media channels. Use of your custom link is unlimited and you can track who has registered with your link and make plans to meet them at the event. For assistance with your links, or to have them forwarded to you, please email registration@divcom.com.
Please Note: Complimentary tickets are not to be used for exhibitor registration. Anyone registering with a complimentary ticket will be given a visitor badge and will therefore have access to the show floor during show hours only. Booth personnel who need access to the show floor outside of show hours must register for an Exhibitor Badge.

Temporary Work Passes for Move-in and Move-out |
Show Management will issue Temporary Work Pass stickers through Security to anyone who needs to be on the show floor during move-in and move-out but does not need access to the show floor on show days. This includes, Exhibitor Appointed Contractors, Bonafide company employees who are helping set up the exhibit, and Non-official service companies who need to deliver goods to an exhibiting company. Temporary Work Pass stickers will provide access to the show floor during move-in and move-out hours only. All personnel who need to have access to the show floor during show hours MUST have an exhibitor badge.

Children |
No one under the age of 18 will be granted admittance during exhibitor move in and/or move out. Children under the age of 18 will be allowed on the show floor during official show hours ONLY and MUST be accompanied by an adult. Pre-registration is not required for children under the age of 14. Guest family badges can be retrieved onsite for those 14 and under. |
Visa Information |
We are unable to provide letters of invitation for the purpose of obtaining a visa for travel. We have been informed by the US Embassies that a letter of invitation has no bearing on whether a visa will be issued. When applying for your visa, be sure to provide a copy of your registration confirmation or exhibit contract (if applicable) to attend the show, as well as any promotional materials you have received verifying the exhibition is a valid event.
