Our range of flavours allows us to satisfy lovers of fine or fleshy, sweet or iodized, vegetable or oceanic oysters, raw or cooked. Whatever your preferences, we will be able to guide you. To be able to bear the Huîtres Marennes Oléron (PGI) appellation, the product must comply with very strict specifications. The Pousse en Claire and the Fine de Claire Verte are subject to additional requirements in order to carry the Label Rouge.
The geographical area for the finishing, culture and preparation of Marennes Oléron oysters is spread over twenty seven communities covering 3 000 hectares.
To bear the Huîtres Marennes Oléron (PGI) appellation, the product must comply with very strict specifications.

Farmed on the French Atlantic coast
Finished or cultured in claire ponds in the Marennes Oléron basin
Conditioned by farms in the Marennes Oléron basin
Certified by an independent inspector (Bureau Veritas)
Quality checked by the quality team and independent inspector
