P.H.R Processing Ltd is proud to bring you Omega Seafood a family owned and operated business from Marlborough New Zealand. We produce premium vacuum packed & lightly cooked shellfish which can be eaten straight from the pouch or anywhere live would normally be used. Omega Seafood products are from Greenshell Mussels grown in the Marlborough Sounds, and Littleneck Clam grown in Blueskin Bay both from the pristine waters of New Zealand’s South Island. Our Mussels and Clams come scrubbed, partially debearded, vacuum packed and lightly cooked in the pouch.
We take what nature has given us and make it more convenient while capturing and enhancing the natural flavours and quality of the shellfish. Our products have a 1 year chilled shelf life (mussels and clams) and a 2 year frozen shelf life ( mussels) adding to the overall convenience of Omega Seafood products. We currently export to an assortment of happy customers across the world and we are always open to building new long term trading partnerships
