We're an R&D European company in Biotechnology, which develops analytical tools for quality control in the food industry, over the pelagic we are quantifying histamine, in less than 2 minutes only using distilled water, not any chemical is required. We also have other parameters that are the key in the industry; Sulphite and Yake (Black Meat in Tuna)
Due to the simplicity, fast, and accuracy of our tools, most of the processors in the world have welcomed and implemented the tools with a consequent improvement over the processing plant.
We work for more than 50 countries and we have offices in Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines within Southeast Asia for support in QA matters.
