TianShiFu, a company steeped in tried-and-true family tradition, set its sight on manufacturing mullet roe with the highest quality and took off the stereotype of farm-raised fish. After the third-generation owner took the helm of the business, he remained the traditional artisan ways of production but effected changes in the company's practices to reflect modern demands for health-minded products by cutting down on sodium use and abstaining from preservatives. We were then awarded three years in a row with the honor of the Top Ten Quality Mullet Roe in Taiwan and crowned No. 1 in 2014 and 2015. The third-generation owner was aware of the rising need to marketing mullet roe to the younger crowds and expand our product category to keep the business sustainable. He turns TienShiFu into the company integrating all aspects of the production, from processing all the way to shipping, and backs our products up with verifiable production records to safeguard consumer safety.
