Sublime Smoked Salmon and Seafood from the U.K

Established in 2015 Victoria Island Smokehouse is one of the U.K’s leading suppliers of smoked seafood products to Asia, with clientele including Five star hotels and Michalin starred chefs, and high-end supermarkets throughout the region.

 
This Swiss/Italian family run boutique smokery has been preparing traditional cured smoked salmon, swordfish, trout, sturgeon, scallops, and other smoked delicacies for over two generations.

We believe in using only the highest quality seafood from sustainable farms, and use traditional methods handed down through the family for curing, salting and smoking. The smoking process alone uses three different kinds of natural wood chips, creating an intensely aromatic succulent and distinctive flavour. 

In conjunction to our smoked products we also export live seafood from European waters to countries throughout Asia, on a weekly or even daily basis. With our extensive knowledge and specialist tanks we are able to keep the seafood alive and healthy, ensuring absolute freshness when it reaches the kitchen.
