We are a quota holder, manufacturer and exporter of Canadian east coast sea cucumber. We have been processing sea cucumber caught off the coast of Nova Scotia since 1999 and employ upwards of 80 seasonal workers at peak season. We offer all forms of sea cucumber; frozen meat/dry skin/frozen Split/dry split/dry whole. We have the ability and capacity to fully process and dry up to 3200 MT of landed sea cucumber, making us the largest processor of Cucumaria Frondosa.
In 2022 we launched a retail brand. It is our intention to market this retail brand both in China as it is our largest customer base but also in other countries like Taiwan, Singapore, Korea and Vietnam where we think there could be demand for our products. In addition to this we’re testing new products such as a Ready-to-Eat sea cucumber line, pet foods, and nutraceuticals all made from sea cucumber as part of our “Race to Zero Waste” initiative.
