Exhibit Move- In & Build-Up	The exposition build-up period and Installation of exhibits will take place as follows: Monday, 2 Sep. 0800 – 2130 hours (Move-in & construction of raw space exhibitors) Tuesday, 3 Sep. 0800 – 2130 hours (Move-in & construction of all exhibitors) *NOTE:*- Only Exhibitors, Working Staff, Appointed Contractors and Service Providers with valid entrance badges issued by Organiser, are allowed to enter the venue during the Move-in Period. - Exhibits consigned to the exhibition site should NOT arrive at the exhibition site earlier than 2 Sep. 2024 unless the official forwarder is appointed. - Exhibits arriving on-site without a pre-appointed forwarder, the Official Forwarder will be referred. All costs incurred will be borne by the exhibitors. - Exhibitors and their appointed contractors must strictly adhere to the schedule given. All exhibitors, working staff, appointed contractors and their service providers must finish their work and leave the hall as per the schedule. Otherwise, an overtime charge may be incurred and will be charged to the exhibitor.
Registration Hours	Tuesday, 3 Sep. 0800 – 1700 hours (Exhibitors Only) Wednesday, 4 Sep. 0900 – 1630 hours (Exhibitor registration starts at 0800) Thursday, 5 Sep. 0930 – 1630 hours (Exhibitors and Visitors) Friday, 6 Sep. 0930 – 1400 hours (Exhibitors and Visitors)
Exposition Hours	All exhibitors with valid exhibitor badges can access the exhibit halls from 0800 during the exposition days. Wednesday, 4 Sep. 1000-1730 hours Thursday, 5 Sep. 1000- 1730 hours Friday, 6 Sep. 1000- 1530 hours NOTE: All necessary maintenance and re-stocking of stands should be carried out each morning between 0800 and 1000 during expo opening days, as Exhibitors will not be allowed to restock their stands during exposition open hours. Please contact the expo organiser of any special arrangement if required.
Move-Out & Teardown	The exposition breakdown period and dismantling of exhibits will take place as follows: Friday, 6 Sep. 1530-1800 hours (Removal of exhibits by exhibitors, and/or appointed forwarders) 1600 hours onwards (Termination of Stand Electricity of ALL Stands) 1630- 2200 hours (Teardown of stand fitting and structure of ALL stands) NOTE:- Only Exhibitors, Working Staff, Appointed Contractors and Service Providers with valid entrance badges issued by organiser are allowed to enter the venue during the Move-out Period. - Under no circumstances will any exhibitors or their contractors be allowed to remove their products or stand (in whole or part) from the exposition before this time. - Any exhibits, stand equipment, materials, fixtures and fittings left in the hall after 2200 on Friday, 6 Sep. 2024, by exhibitors will be discarded and any removal/cleaning costs will be passed on to the relevant exhibitors. - Exhibitor and their contractor who anticipates any problems in clearing all exhibits and stand fitting by 2200 on Friday, 6 Sep. 2024, should contact the Exposition Organiser (Diversified Communications) in the Organiser’s On-site Office located on the show floor.

Many of our customers have reported that these groups who are NOT our official vendors fail to deliver on their promises to provide hotel reservations, advertising, or accurate data, then refuse to grant refunds. Some of these groups engage in illegal phishing practices or embed malware in their messages that could (if clicked) infect/hack your company’s systems.

We strongly advise that you do not click on any links from e-mails or groups that look suspicious and always check our official vendor list before contracting with anyone.
