Register for Exhibitor Badges & Invite Customers

Please take a moment to review important information regarding registering your personnel for badges as well as inviting customers and guests to attend the event.

Exhibitor Badges

Every exhibiting company and its staff who will be entering or working at the Exhibition Venue during the Seafood Expo Asia 2024 requires a badge to obtain access past the security guards on-site. Exhibitors should give these badges to their staff only; Exhibitor badges are not transferable and should be worn or put on at all times for security reasons.
 

Please Note:  Do not use the eVIP invitations to register your stand personnel – they are for attendee use only. Anyone registered with a eVIP invitation is considered an attendee and not an exhibitor. Those with a eVIP invitation will not be able to access the facility during move-in/out nor before the official scheduled open hours on the exposition days.
 

To obtain the required badges for your appointed contractors and forwarders for venue access during move-in and move-out, please refer to the information below under ‘Workers Badges’.
 

Badge Allotment: Exhibitors occupying every 9sqm stand/exhibition space are entitled to have 5 badges. Extra requests are subject to the Organiser’s discretion.
 

Maximum Number of badges acquired:
9sqm and below = 5 badges
10sqm to 18sqm = 10 badges
19sqm to 40sqm = 20 badges
41sqm to 80sqm = 30 badges
81sqm and above = 40 badges

Register Exhibit Personnel

Visit the Exhibitor Registration area to register for your badges online to save time onsite. To access your company’s badge allotment, please use the provided link to enter your username and password. Your username and password can be found in the notification email sent to the main contact for your company. If you need your password re-sent, please email registration@divcom.com. If you are a Co-Exhibiting company, please contact your lead exhibitor for the password to register.

Customer eVIP Invitations

Increase Booth Traffic: Invite Your Customers!  As an exhibitor, you can offer your customers and other professionals in your network a free pass to Seafood Expo Asia. This is an effective way to provide a personalized benefit to your important contacts, as well as to increase brand visibility and strengthen relationships at Seafood Expo Asia. Look for the “Invite Customers” option within Exhibitor Registration

* The five (5) exhibiting companies who invite the most qualified customers will win a SGD$500 to enjoy in Singapore! To qualify, exhibiting companies need to nominate a minimum of ten customers.

Badge Pick Up
Badges will not be mailed in advance. Once you have registered, you will receive an email confirmation with a bar code and/or badge number for each registrant. Print this confirmation and bring it with you to the exposition to pick up your badge on-site in the Registration Area.

Replace Badge/ Additional Badges

When on-site at the exposition should you misplace your badge and/or require additional badges, go to the Registration Area to request new/additional badge(s).

Worker Badges

Appointed contractors and forwarders of each exhibitor must have Workers Badges. The Workers Badge must be worn at all times for security reasons for access into and out of the exhibition halls. Workers Badges are only valid during move-in and move-out; Workers Badges are not valid during the exposition period. Security guards will have the right to deny access into the exhibition halls if the appointed contractors and forwarders are unable to produce the required Workers Badges.

Exhibitors are responsible for obtaining Workers Badges for their Appointed Contractors and Forwarders by submitting the Workers Badges form by 27 July 2024. Workers Badges will be available for collection on-site at the Registration Area.  Should you request to receive the Worker Badges in advance, please contact the organiser by email at rlam@divcom.com. Worker Badges for Contractors for Raw Space booths will be available for collection upon the submission of the contractor’s deposit and booth design approved by the organiser and official contractor. Please contact the Official Stand Contractor, AMC (Exhibits)Ltd, for inquiry.

Children

Under the term of license, no one under the age of 18, including infants, will be allowed into the exhibit hall at any time. This includes during move-in, exposition days and move-out. There will be NO exceptions. There will be no childcare facilities available.
