    The selection of each oyster is determined by careful consideration of its abundance in flesh, the subtle and complex aromas composing each unique flavor, and its length in the mouth. The result is our offer of the ocean’s finest premium oysters.

    The methods of grow-out and harvest are ecologically sound and environmentally sustainable. After harvest, our oysters are carefully hand-packed in high quality packagings (cup-side-down) and immediately shipped on a refrigerated truck directly to our customers.
