Like the fog covers the mysterious and full of tales Forests of Danube at sunrise, The Fish Sanctuary is the place where various wood essences cover the carefully chosen, manually filleted and cleaned fish.
We are driven by our passion for quality and refined taste. This is why we are carrying on the secrets of preparing special dishes from Sturgeon and other fish, right here in Romania.
We obtain the smoked fish after we bath them for a few hours in brines that combine tastes from all around the world. From the Romanian traditional Prune Booze to Whiskeys from the Scandinavian Fjords to Indian Masalas.
After nights at the SPA, our fishes are meeting the smoked aromas of Beech, Cherry or other wooden mixes that are carefully crafted by our tasteful Artisans.
