  • Hamachi fillets
Our Hamachi (Japanese Yellowtail) is farmed at sea and IQF. It's an excellent option for sushi and sashimi-style cooking!...

  • There’s a truly unique story behind Hamachi. In Japan, this fish is actually known as the fish of fortune. We explain why below.

Hamachi has a different name at each stage of growth. A new-born fish is known as mojako, while a fish larger than 80 cm is called buri. This changing name makes it seem as though the fish is achieving a promotion. That’s why Japanese people often eat this fish at New Year. It brings good luck and prosperity to those eating it.

Farmed Hamachi meat is white and has a characteristic mild flavour. The texture is firmest when the fish is caught in autumn and winter, which is also when the fat content is highest and the fish is full of flavour.

  • Cooked lobster
All our Lobster products come from the cold waters around Nova Scotia. Our lobster is IQF, cooked and available in several sizes ranging from: 300g to 1800g each!...

  • Our Canadian lobster has been caught in a sustainable way for many generations; using creels.

After catching, the whole lobsters are cooked in the shell under optimal temperature and with a specific cooking time, so we can retain the perfect texture and authentic, natural flavours. The lobster is then IQF-frozen in nets and finished with a protective glaze.

  • Black cod H&G
Our Black cod H&G is caught in Canada and frozen at sea. The cold water produces a fatty fish with a delicate flavour making it ideal for salting, smoking, grilling, baking and deep frying....

A FATTY FISH WITH A FULL FLAVOUR

Although the name suggests otherwise, Black Cod is not a member of the cod family but belongs to the scorpaeniformes and flathead species.

Black Cod is characterised by its delicate flavour and high fat content. This fish contains more Omega 3 than tuna and salmon. Its flaky, buttery texture and pearl-white colour make this an extremely popular product.

The fish is processed in accordance with the Headed and Gutted specification. In other words, its head and guts are removed.

Our Black Cod H&G is available in sizes 3-4, 4-5, 5-7, 7+lb. These can be processed into fillets or portions.

  • Soft shell crab
Our soft shell crab is farmed in Myanmar, Bangladesh and Indonesia. Available in 6 sizes! Ideal for baking or deep-frying in batter!...

  • A TRUE DELICACY

The Mud Crab, or Scylla Serrata, originally comes from the mangroves. Its high fat content and fast growth makes the Mud Crab the ideal farmed product.

With its sweet, distinctive flavour, this delicacy is known as one of the tastiest crab species. Ideal for baking or deep-frying in batter!
