Fish fingers are a family favourite. We have extensive manufacturing capabilities and produce a selection of formats, coatings, and fish species suitable for retail & foodservice. We produce the Young’s brand in the UK and make for private label.

Breaded Portions & Trapezoids

The crispy breaded portions and our popular trapezoid shape can be bought in different sizes as a breaded or a battered version. They are contemporary convenience products for tasty uncomplicated dishes like fish sandwiches and fish baguettes.

Portion fillets

Our portion fillets offer every chef the opportunity to serve a high-class fillet product in a uniform portion size and with natural appearance. Fillet bites - Modern fish enjoyment: Delicious Alaska Pollock fillet pieces in a fine and crispy batter. The perfect snack which is also available as a meal solution combined with fries.

The fillet stripes are the latest snack hit created by our product development team. They score with their natural shape, as they consist of individually cut stripes of Alaska Pollock fillets in different coatings.
