The RB-1 Smart fixed-weight automatic bandsaw, has multiple configurable parameters, by priorities, which are controlled electronically, such as the selection of weights, measurement ranges, cutting speed, height regulation, air pressure, and advanced and recoil movement.

A qualified saw operator is NOT required.

Once the cutting parameters are selected, the operator only has to load the product and push the start button.

The clamping clips are adapted depending on the cut product, which allows waste to be minimized.

PROCESS DESCRIPTION:

1. Blocks loading The operator simply remove the carton from the case and place the blocks on the Automatic bandsaw

2. Automatic bandsaw with servomotor. It performs the first cut of the planks. This machine has control of the entire installation, operates automatically, and manages all the remaining processes.

3. MultiSplitter saw. It performs the second cut to obtain sticks. This unit does not have the traction bands as the movement is determined by the Automatic band saw, and the whole system is sequential depending on the cuts made by the first machine.

4. Disc machine. It has been specially designed to perform several cuts at the same time. The pieces of the Automatic Line arrive at the disc machine continuously through a tunnel and are pushed by a pneumatic system toward the discs to obtain the final product. Performed with an axe of discs.

The circular blade is positioned horizontally.

The product is placed vertically on rotating support with 4 loaders so that each revolution of the support makes multiple accurate cuts obtaining precise portions. The loaders can be customized for each type of product.

The circular disc and the rotating loader support are driven by geared motors connected to electronic variable speed drives.

The cutting-slicing thickness is electrically adjustable, and the circular disc position can be fixed. Each loader of the rotating support has a pneumatic actuator that lifts the product pusher to facilitate product loading.

During the cutting operation, the cylinder pushes towards the base to fix the product in the loader and achieve maximum homogeneity in weight, shape, and thickness.

The precise cut product is evacuated by a variable-speed conveyor belt.

The equipment guards are made of stainless steel mesh with side access doors. The circular blade has stainless-steel protection. The CV-4 vertical slicer has IP69K barriers with heated resistances.
