Checkweigher is automatic device that used to check the products’ weight in automatic packing production lines, and it can check products in a continuous working process which weight accords with the standard weight we set or not. Also, the checkweigher can automatically reject unqualified products.

    • Glazing is the process of covering marine foods with ice in the fish industry. The brightened product will become more elegant, helping both to increase its flavour and to extend its shelf life. For this application, which has been used quite frequently recently, CEMSAN Glazing machine will be 100% integrated into your system.

    Our glazing machines operate by waterfall model and spraying method. It is 304 and 316 quality stainless steel. Our product takes its final shape with stainless sandblasting. Oil oxidation is minimized in fish whose contact with air is cut off with the glazing process. Glaze ratio is determined by adjusting with speed inverters.
