    The wide belt solution WLX is safe, clean and reduces the total cost of ownership. It adheres to EHEDG and 3A design guidelines and addresses the higher hygienic requirements associated with primary and secondary packaging. WLX sets new standards for cleaning results and cleaning process time in the food industry.

    The modular belt conveyor is suitable for all industries where the requirements for hygiene and accessibility are particularly high. From packaged meat and dairy to bread and flour, the system assures trouble-free operation and long service life. It is to be installed in any application area – from primary packaging to end of line.

    The cleaning process for WLX is quick and easy, setting new standards for results and available process time. The design facilitates simple cleaning procedures and ensures a consistent result. The hygienic design is fit for purpose with rounded corners and flat surfaces. Hollow bodies and crevices, where pathogens and contaminants tend to get trapped, are eliminated. In addition, less water and detergents are needed, thus lowering costs and boosting sustainability.

    The design is robust and quick to clean both in dry and wet environments, adding valuable production time. During wet cleaning processes, very little water and detergent is required, which helps keep operating costs down. The standardized design and modularity considerably reduces ramp-up time and provides the ability to expand and adapt over time, increasing the versatility and overall efficiency of the line.

  • The new standardized palletizing cell from FlexLink is compact, quick to install and easy to configure. The use of a collaborative robot significantly reduces the footprint, by over 50% compared to cells with industrial robots.

    A fence system or cage is not needed and operators can safely work side-by-side with the robot. The solution permits continuous operations, the operator can easily remove one complete pallet without stopping the collaborative robot. 

    The operating cost is low, with a two-in-one power supply of 110V and 230V. An internal vacuum pump is included which makes it possible to effortlessly move the palletizing cell, no external air supply is needed. The smart design with quick connectors contributes to a fast and easy installation in only a few hours. A tablet application with intuitive interface ensure easy layer configuration, without any need for complicated robot programming.

    The palletizer is compact, mobile and adapts easily to production changes, whether for a new recipe or a different line location. The unit is suitable for palletizing closed boxes within fast-moving consumer goods industries. The easy-to-use unit is the latest addition to FlexLink`s robotics offer with unique hardware and software interface for trouble-free operations.

    The RI20 palletizer is a single or multi-pick unit, palletizing closed boxes up to 12 cycles per minute with a maximum payload of up to 15 kg.

    Enhanced safety features and two loading docks allow for continuous operations and increased production capacity.

    The semi-open palletizer integrates an advanced safety system for safe coexistence between the robot and operators. It will automatically slow down if an operator enters the safety zone and only stop if needed. This reduces unnecessary downtime and in also, the two pallet positions create a seamless pallet exchange increasing production capacity by up to 5%.
