Outdoor footwear has become incredibly specialized. We have shoes for running, climbing, cycling, and hiking, but nothing designed for the moments before and after those activities. So we created BERT, the pre- and post-activity shoe, a lightweight, packable slip-on with natural comfort, designed for everything that happens around outdoor activities, not just during it. Our mission is to design footwear for the moments around movement, so people can move seamlessly between activity and everyday life. We envision a world where movement flows naturally through everyday life, and the moments around activity are supported just as intentionally as the activity itself. We proudly make our shoes in Medellin, Colombia. 5% of the profits go to sterilization campaigns for stray dogs in our country.
