In the heart of Dealu Mare, a renowned viticultural region in Romania, we find the Budureasca vineyards – an ancient place, with a rich tradition of over 2000 years in winemaking. The geographical placement on the „Wine parallel” (44° - 46°) ensures the specific terroir of the Bordeaux wines, recommending Budureasca as an equal competitor on the international market. We produce only DOC wines - red, white and rose, coming from the Country of Dracula, from native varietals (Feteasca Neagra, Feteasca Alba, Feteasca Regala, Tamâioasa Româneasca, Busuioaca de Bohotin) and also from international varietals (Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Riesling). Following the newest trends, our latest releases encompass an Organic range (ECO certified) and two sparkling wines. Budureasca is steadily becoming a brand well appreciated on the foreign markets, such as the Japanese market, after conquering the European markets (Belgium, Germany, UK, a.s.o.), a success that is hoped and expected to spread to the US and Canadian markets as well.
