Vazisubani Estate is located in Georgia's foremost wine region – Kakheti, in picturesque Alazani Valley, on the right bank of Alazani river, which historically has been regarded as the best stripe for Georgia’s premium class wines.
We grow five endemic grape varieties in total of about 33 Ha vineyards at our Estate.
We have restored and revived the Palace and the Old Marani (wine cellar) of the 19th C, originally built by Sulkhan Chavchavadze, who was famous for his deeds and his sacrifice to his Homeland.

Lado Uzunashvili, our Chief Winemaker, with thorough academic education and extensive Worldwide experience in this field, is leading our winemaking team. The wines created by him have won more than 170 medals in various competitions around the World.
