Viña Aromo was founded in 1922 by Don Víctor Henríquez Solar, who began to produce artisan wines, gaining a great deal of winemaking experience.

Now, as we celebrate more than 100 years in the wine industry, the work of three generations has allowed us to gain a reputation as a family-run vineyard from the Maule region with an international presence. 

Our vineyard has more than 320 hectares divided into four ­elds within the Maule Valley. This valley encompasses a unique diversity of soil types and microclimates.

We can produce a wide range of excellent wines of different grape varieties, maximizing their qualities.

Jimena Egaña, the head-female winemaker at Viña Aromo, recently received a winemaking merit award from her Chilean oenologist colleagues of the whole industry.

Our expressive and innovative wines reflect the excellence of the style exporting it to 35 countries on four continents. 

Aromo has earned the award of the best winery of the year 2021 by Catador Awards, and besides that, we received excellent scores from notable wine critics such as James Suckling, Tim Atkin, Decanter, Descorchados, and many others.
