Bodegas Montalvo Wilmot is a small family owned winery that produces high quality wines in very limited volumes as well as Premium Machego style cheeses. Focused in the highest quality standards following norms like ISO 9001, all our wines have been declared as Pago Wines, under our own DOP LOS CERRILLOS, as a recognization of the highest quality standards existing in the EU for wines. The boutique wines production activity of the company focused in around 400.000 bottles production of premium wines at the best competitive prices, is completed as already mentioned, with a production of around 50.000 Kg of Manchego style cheeses and the management of a country hotel inside the property.

The cheeses are all produced with 100% raw sheep milk coming from our own sheep that are milked daily at the property. Then, after a rippening process that takes from 3 to 24 months in our own ageing cellars, they are released to the market for the enjoyment of our customers.

And finally, our country hotel proves to be the best place to relax enjoying the best pairings between our wines, cheeses, wonderful weather, landscapes and peace.
