Talking about the wines of the MARCHISIO FAMILY, means telling a family story, founded its business on the love for the work it does, for its land and its children, is always based on family traditions, even more so to discover innovations to bring improvements. Working in the present, we learn from the past so as to be able to improve in the future.
All the workmanship and procedures are in full respect of nature.
Our winery has been restructured in line with a philosophy of sustainability; the new cellar has been designed to minimise environmental impact and has been built entirely underground to take advantage of the soil’s insulating properties. Furthermore, we have added a photovoltaic system to supply all its energy needs. This system prevents 10,000 kg of CO2 per year being released into the atmosphere.
Natural from the countryside to the bottle, both with Biodynamic and Organic Agriculture. A reasoned and real biological and biodynamic processing, the sulphites necessary for conservation have been reduced for years now.
The yeasts used are only natural, so much so that they can transmit even more the territoriality that our area offers us.
