Our winery and drinks hub is a highly efficient, 50mL/year, BRC Grade AA+, sustainably-powered, Fairtrade and Organic certified winery in the UK that makes, ferments and packs wines and drinks, into a variety of formats including bottles, BIBs, pouches, cans and kegs.
Our team includes experts in international market and consumer research, sustainability, new product development, design, wine sourcing, product innovation, production, engineering, drinks science, marketing, customer service and distribution.

Waipapa Bay - The name Waipapa (pronounced why-papa) comes from a laid-back surf spot in the Pacific Ocean, a place of stunning natural beauty. Known for its wildlife and breath-taking scenery, this location was the inspiration behind our exceptional Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
Waipapa Bay is a proud supporter of Whale and Dolphin Conservation (WDC). We’ve partnered as the charity’s only wine sponsor to support their Climate Giant Project, a brand-new initiative to support whale conservation and help fight the climate crisis. This campaign is the ocean’s alternative to planting trees. A donation from every bottle sold goes directly to supporting this vital initiative.
