The Champagne Paul Goerg is located in Vertus, a Premier Cru village in the south of "La Côte des Blancs" and works on 120ha with 85% of Chardonnay and 15% of Pinot Noir since 1950.
The range of Paul Goerg's Champagnes is entirely in Premier Cru and based on the Chardonnay grappe.
The aging of it's cuvees is very important to allow the champagnes to express themself and the terroir they come from, they age beetween 5 to 12 years.
