We produce expressive, generous and aromatic champagnes in Brasles, in the western marne valley over a surface area of 9 hectares. Since 1902, we have used our know-how to reveal the uniqueness and singularity of our terroir.
We observe our vines, our land, the moon and the weather like our ancestors. 100% Independent winemakers, our goal is to produce champagne with patience, respect and reflection. Each bottle is produced with the first juice, exclusively from the cuvée and aged for a minimum of 3 years on lees to develop finesse and complexity.
Today represented by Clara, the 3rd generation brings new challenges to the estate : developing internationally. Beginning with a new cuvée : the nude cuvée, to reveal the natural state of the wine, all in finesse and complexity. The Nude cuvée is a concept: a pure wine, completely transparent, fine bubbles, little sugar, 5 years on lees. A fine wine, dosed with accuracy and delicacy, with citrus zest and marmalade of orange, pear, pomelo. A lively and warm champagne.

From grape to glass, four generations of the Dechelle family since 1902 growing Champagne in Brasles, Champagne, about an hour East of Paris.
From high on a hilltop overlooking the Marne River comes their Chardonnay. Their house style is nature or minimal dosage to let their exceptional fruit do the talking.
Vigneron Independant Champagne Philippe Dechelle has two presses minutes from the winery gently pressing 24/7, the same pickers year after year and only their own grapes which yield a generous style of Blanc de Blanc that many blind tasting this wine think there are red grapes in the cuvée - a bone dry fruit forward style all their own, a Chardonnay apart from Côtes de Blancs wines
