At the top of the Dentelles de Montmirail, 4 hectares of old vines flourish at an altitude of 500 meters on steep terrain protected by high limestone rocks artistically carved by erosion. Nestled in a cocoon of greenery on clay-limestone soil facing North-East, they profit from the natural freshness that characterizes our wine.
The domains produces two cuvees of appellation Gigondas, Alliance and Synchronicité, from Grenache and Syrah vines.
The domain is committed to developing a viticulture that respects the environment and biodiversity, according to the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture, as well as an eco-responsible and quality vinification.
In the vineyard, my work consists in creating life in the soil and caring for the vine with plants. In organic conversion, the Domain integrates the Biodynamic and Bioelectronic principles.
In the winery, I strive to limit inputs and consumptions as much as possible as well as the environmental impact of conditioning.
