Exclusively Grand Cru Pure Champagne and Bouzy Rouge, brought to life by winemaking techniques that allow the natural attributes of our grapes to shine, unaltered.

Organic Certification Pending: The administrative process toward obtaining Organic Certification was begun in 2020.)
Inimitable and unique - Each cuvée expresses the terroir in its purest form to its full potential, with increased length on the palate:
  • No malolactics
  • no oak
  • no fining (vegan-friendly)
  • no thermovinification, no "cold-flash."
  • Low sulfur.
  • Bottling is done according to Biodynamic calendar

  • Champagne Delavenne: Moving in rhythm with Nature: A combination of Organic, Biodynamic and Naturopathic (Gem Waters) Vegan-Friendly, Organic certification pending. 

    Lithotherapy Elixirs:
    Rose Quartz, Florite, Tourmaline, Moss Agate...
    Applied to the vines to naturally improve their immune system, reinforce the cell walls of the plant and promote photosynthesis.

    Concoctions:
    Vine treatment “teas” such as Nettle, Willow bark, Horsetail... to protect against mildew and pests, improve root systems...
    Silica:
    Promotes upright growth (stronger and thicker stems...) promotes favorable exposure of leaves to the light, provides resistance to bacterial and fungal diseases.
    Natural undergrowth between the vines is encouraged, promoting a healthy symbiosis between plant life, promoting the movement of earth worms who aerate the soil, bringing the rich nutrients and mineral salts from the bedrock and chalk to the vine roots. Careful and gentle tilling guides this growth in the Spring
