123 years of history, the Domaine Michel Fagot, is a family business on a human scale, since 5 generations. 

Our House owns a beautiful vineyard of 37 acres spread over 4 exceptional crus:

• Grande Montagne de Reims: Rilly-la-Montagne & Villers-Allerand. Soil composition: historical chalk
• Massif Saint-Thierry: Hermonville & Trigny. Soil composition: sandy-clay

Grape varieties used: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Meunier and Pinot Blanc

This diversity allows the creation of signature blends, aged in the cellar on lees for at least 5 years. While some parcels are carefully selected to elaborate exceptional vintages, aged in the cellar on lees, at least 10 years.

Our philosophy is based on know-how and authenticity, which is why we have chosen to limit our production per year, to promote our traditional craft.

Michel Fagot offers you different Champagnes to taste from the aperitif to the end of the meal, according to their typicity and their character, and especially according to your tastes.
