The beautiful mountainous Racha, a birthplace of the unique Khvanchkara wine, occupies a very special place in the 8000 year long history of viticulture and winemaking of Georgia, in this amazing region our company Gonadze Vineyards has been successfully operating for more than 25 years. Centuries old pitchers discovered during the process of planting clearly speak of the big history of this terroir, where Gonadze family has revived the tradition of viticulture and winamaking. On 50 hectare in the villages of Bugeuli and Jvarisa we planted Aleksnadreuli, Mujuretuli, Usakhelauri, Kudurauli, Tsolikauri, Tsulukidzis Tetra, Rachuli Mtsvane and other unique local varieties. In our vineyards and modern winery more than 350 tonnes of grapes are harvested and processed and many different wines are produced and presented both locally and internationally. Our mission is to introduce the diversity of Racha, local wines, cuisine, cultural and touristic environment, to do this we have build small hotel which will receive its first guests this year and last but not least looking for the Importer and/or Distributor of our wines in the USA market !
