Le Petit Béret is a crazy bet to open the vineyards and the brewery to all consumers, even those who do not consume alcohol, with 100% natural, 0.0% alcohol-free, low-sugar and organic drinks (without pesticides, sulphites and heavy metals). After 5 years of research and development to create a manufacturing process unique in the world, Le Petit Béret now offers a real alcohol-free and healthy alternative to accompany every moment of conviviality. All the blends of flavors were made by Dominique Laporte, Best Sommelier of France and co-founder of Petit Béret. A world reference in oenology, he was sommelier of palaces such as the Hotel Meurice in Paris or the Connaught and the Great Eastern Hotel in London with Gordon Ramsay. In 2013, he joined the Petit Béret team, where he developed cuvées and aromatic blends. Surrounded by the best partners such as INRAE and CTCPA, Dominique Laporte develops a unique natural formula, an innovative technical process that reveals the best of grapes and nature, without alcohol or dealcoholization steps, without fermentation, without preservatives and without sulphites to retain only the essential: the pleasure of French vineyards.
