MAS CARLOT: Located in the Southern part of the Rhône Valley, this 65ha estate is located southeast of Nimes and North of the Camargue.
The vineyard is planted on the hillside and is approximately 70 meters in height. The soil is made of Rhône rolled pebbles colored by the red clay of the Costières.
Cyril Marès is winemaker since 1996, he has been running the vineyard of Mas Carlot, following his step father Paul Blanc who bought this old estate in 1986. He continues now alone a long tradition of seven generations of winemakers in Rhône Valley and Bordeaux. He has kept his passion for quality and his love of this terroir where he was born.
In 2017, he asked officially for the Organic certification which is now effective since 2020. He began last september biodynamic viticulture.
The range is composed by 9 wines (orange, blanc, rouge and rosé).
