Headquartered in New Orleans, SIT has a long history with the shipbuilding industry. In 2013, SIT acquired Huber, Inc. adding its valuable experience in the marine & military industries.  In 2016, Hydraquip Custom Systems (CSI) merged with SIT adding capabilities to design and build liftboat jacking systems, valve actuation, marine tank management, steering packages and hydraulic power units. More recently in 2021,C.S Controls joined forces with SIT to expand its geographical presence and abilty to offer solutions to new markets. SIT's engineering expertise transforms ideas into success for hydraulic or electric powered moveable structures.
