Downey Engineering Corporation (DEC) is a full-service marine consulting firm providing cost-effective naval architecture, structural engineering, drafting, project management, 3-D laser scanning, regulatory, and production field support. DEC provides feasibility studies, conceptual design, functional/regulatory drawings, and detailed production level drawings in AutoCAD and ShipConstructor for both conversions and new construction.
