The BOW PRO 48 VDC series thrusters are battery powered at 48 VCD and offer all the advantages of the standard VETUS BOW PRO thrusters – full proportional control with brushless induction motors. Available in several propeller and tunnel diameters, the BOW PRO 48 VDC Series thrusters are available with thrust outputs of up to 320 kgf for boats up to 30 meters (100 feet) and a runtime of 10 minutes at full power or even longer, ultimately limited by battery capacity and recharge rate.

The latest offerings in the BOW PRO 48 VCD series of battery-powered thrusters from VETUS – the BOWB285, BOWB300 and BOWB320 – are designed for tunnels measuring 300 mm (11.8 in) in diameter. The series offers thrust outputs of 285 kgf, 300 kgf, and 320 kgf, respectively, and is designed for vessels ranging from 20 to 30 meters (60 to 100 feet).
