    BOHAMET Ship Windows...

    • Ship windows are manufactured in accordance with ISO 3903. The fixed or opening windows (inside, outside, sliding), windows with covers or fireproof windows help to provide sunlight and air exchange in the cabins of residential and other spaces.
    Wheelhouse windows guarantee safety and the highest visibility needed for navigation unit.

    Bohamet offers a wide range of special marine windows custom configured to meet customers’ specific requirements.
    Depending on the customer’s requirement we offer:

    • Custom shape of window frame,
    • Custom size of window frame,
    • Various materials of main frame (brass, steel, stainless steel, aluminium),
    • Various types of glass mounted in the frame (monolithic, laminated, insulated glass unit, heated, fire resistant, stained),
    • various methods of fitting the frame to ship’s side (weld-in, bolt-on, clamp grip, tilted frame)

    We offer the following special window designs:

    BOHAMET Portholes...

    • Portholes are manufactured in accordance with ISO 1751. Variety of opening and fixed portholes, with or without covers allow us to meet all customer requirements. Top quality and experience guarantee the security and integrity of critical areas of the hull directly exposed to severe marine conditions.
    Ship portholes are located close to the water line, and thus must withstand the strong pressure and the pressure of the water masses. The standard porthole ship is equipped with a cover storm.
    Portholes can be made of brass, aluminum or steel including stainless steel, anti-magnetic, stainless steel, carbon.
    Glazing while the tempered glass thicknesses 8, 10, 12, 15, 19, 25 mm. On request, we also use insulated glass units or laminated. The glass is mounted in the frame with a rubber gasket, shafts and screws made of stainless steel or brass.
    Our portholes are certified with the following classification societies: DNV, GL, LR, LRS, ABS, PRS, CCS, SBG, BV.

    Depending on the customer’s requirement we offer:

    SPRAYTIGHT SHIP DOOR ACC. DIN83102

    The spraytight ship doors are designed to be mounted in the walls of ship’s superstructures.

    The door can be made of steel, aluminum or stainless steel. Pins of closures are settled in steel sleeves. Hinge pins are made from stainless steel. Closures and hinges have holes for M10x1 grease nipples acc.to DIN 3404 or DIN 71412 M10x1. The door is sealed up with a 40×20 rubber packing cord.

    WEATHERTIGHT SHIP DOOR ACC. DIN83101

    The door can be made of steel, aluminum or stainless steel.
    Pins of closures are settled in steel sleeves.
    Hinge pins are made from stainless steel.
    Closures and hinges have holes for M10x1 grease nipples acc.to DIN 3404 or DIN 71412 M10x1.
    The door is sealed up with a 40×20 rubber packing cord.

    TYPE BOH.0335

    WEATHERTIGHT SHIP DOOR

    Weather-tight door type BOH.0335 has a a central locking system with handle or wheel, which is implemented through a bolt mechanism. Designed for mounting on both, steel and aluminum superstructures walls.
    Tightness provided by using a rubber seal 40x20mm.
    The locking mechanism is completely covered.
    The use of gear and bearing reduces the force required for closing of the door.
    Special hinges allow to adjust the wing in three axes.
    Door can be equipped with thermal insulation door, lock, porthole, window, door closers or other accessories.

    TYPE BOH.0335.A0/A30/A60

    A0, A30 and A60 CLASS WEATHERTIGHT SHIP DOOR

    The A0, A30 and A60 class weathertight door are designed to be mounted in ship superstructures’ walls.

    Door can be made of steel, aluminum or stainless steel. Pins of closures are settled in bronze sleeves. Hinge pins are made from stainless steel. Hinges have holes for M10x1 grease nipples acc.to DIN 3404 or DIN 71412 M10x1. The door is sealed up with a 40×20 rubber packing cord.

    The watertight ship door is designed mainly for mounting in walls of ship’s superstructures.

    A60 CLASS WATERTIGHT SHIP DOOR UP TO 1,5 BAR

    The A60 class watertight ship door is designed mainly for mounting in walls of ship’s superstructures.

    The door can be made of steel, aluminum or stainless steel. Pins of closures are settled in bronze sleeves. Hinge pins are made from stainless steel. Hinges have holes for M10x1 grease nipples acc.to DIN 3404 or DIN 71412 M10x1. The door is sealed up with a 40×20 rubber packing cord.

    TYPE BOH.0350

    EXTERNAL WATERTIGHT SHIP DOORS UP TO 3 BAR

    Watertight doors up to 3.0 bar type BOH.0350 with central locking system with a wheel (bolt mechanism). Designed for mounting on the steel walls and bulkheads, where the door is required to hold up the pressure to 30 meters of water column. Rubber seal  provides tightness. A locking mechanism is completely covered. The use of multi-stage gear and the bearings reduce the force required for closing the door. Special hinges allow you to adjust the wing in three axes.

    The door can be made of steel, aluminum or stainless steel. Pins of closures are settled in bronze sleeves. Hinge pins are made of stainless steel. Hinges have holes for M10x1 grease nipples acc.to DIN 3404 or DIN 71412 M10x1. The door is sealed up with a 40×20 rubber packing cord.
