ArcReach® Heating Systems are designed for jobsite weld preheating and bakeout in construction and pipe applications with temperature maximums of 600 degrees Fahrenheit and 315 degrees Celsius. The systems deliver weld joint preheating and bakeout that is easy to use and significantly faster, safer and less expensive than open-flame or resistance methods. With ArcReach Heating Systems, contractors can insource weld joint preheating and bakeout in the field — improving productivity and profitability on the jobsite. The systems utilize Miller® ArcReach-enabled welding power sources, further enhancing convenience and lowering costs. This technology can save several hours and hundreds of dollars per weld joint.

The Millermatic 355 can operate on single-phase or three-phase AC power — so it works anywhere operators need it to. The machine provides MIG and pulsed MIG capabilities for mild steel, aluminum and stainless in thicknesses from 22 gauge to 1/2 inch. A 7-inch color LCD screen is easy for users to navigate to ensure proper setup and parameter selection. Auto-Set™ Elite offers predefined weld settings to ensure the job is done right for operators of all skill levels.

Come and see our new welding cobot at the International Workboat Show!  The Miller Cobot Welding Solution is an entry-level collaborative welding cell. Operators load and unload from a single station that can be shared with the robot envelope. Great for new-to-automation welding challenges and for experienced robotic welders who need affordability along with ability to address high mix, low volume operating scenarios in a small footprint. Operator protection is accomplished with the collaborative function of the cobot.  Operators will need to pursue appropriate personal protection equipment for working in the proximity of a live arc. Ships partially assembled with a video set up guide and instructions. Our welding cobot is mounted on castor wheels for easy placement and adjustment.
