Our flagship product, AHEAD Tank, is the most recognized US Coast Guard Certified Type II Marine Sanitation Device (MSD) and meets the requirements of Title 33 Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) 159.97 and may be installed aboard inspected vessels.
AHEAD Tank Sewage Treatment Plants are also satisfactorily tested in accordance to IMO Resolution MEPC.227 (64) to meet the operational requirements referred to in regulation 9 of Annex IV of the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from ships. (MARPOL).
