  • Built using tried and tested components from our K19, K38 and K50 engines, the QSK38 Tier 4 engine features an updated cast-iron, ductile single-piece piston with nitride-coated rings and a hardened cylinder liner — for reliable power that matches previous models and keeps you compliant. 

    The easy-to-install QSK38 aftertreatment eliminates midlife overhauls, delays component change-out until full overhaul and supports 500+ hours of operation before a fuel filter change is needed. The upgrade also provides:

  • The base of the QSK60 uses components from the proven K19, K38 and K50 engines. A new steel piston with a PVD-coated top ring and a nitride-coated second ring provides excellent durability, withstands higher temperatures and meets stringent emission norms. 

    The easy-to-install QSK60 aftertreatment eliminates midlife overhauls, delays component change-out until full overhaul and supports 500+ hours of operation before a fuel filter change is needed. The upgrade also provides:

  • The fuel and cost-efficient X15 engine meets safety standards for ABS, BV, RINA and DNV class society certifications. This confirms the X15’s adherence to the stringent safety features requested by the societies, ensuring customers’ peace of mind on the water.

    Initially released for the marine segment in late 2018, the X15 engine has been more than 15 years in the making within the industrial market, and offers some of the strongest torque and performance among its direct competitors. The X15 includes complete engine protection capabilities, fuel sensor, gear pressure, and temperature monitoring as well as digital start/stop functionality.

    This easy to maintain engine boasts a power range of 450 horsepower – 600 horsepower (336 – 447 kW), offering the highest power density for continuous applications in its category, with a weight of 1724 kg (3800 lbs). Constant-speed auxiliary ratings are available at 50 hz or 60 hz with 507 horsepower (373 kW) with the option to pair with an alternator or Stamford AvK offering.

    • This in-line 4-cylinder, 16-valve, 4-stroke 4.5-liter diesel engine that is based on the proven Cummins B4.5L industrial engine. The B4.5L marine engine complies with U.S. EPA Tier 3 emissions regulations without the use of aftertreatment and is fully backed by Cummins warranty
