Processing capabilities include Blast & Prime, Cambering, Drilling, Forming, Milling, Plate Burning, Saw Cutting and T-Splitting.
- Blasting and Priming is used to remove mill scale and rust from steel products by way of using a steel shot mixture that is blasted onto the surface of the material.
- Cambering forms an upwards curve in a linear product relative to its center.
- Drilling is the process of forming holes in steel and other materials utilizing a drill bit. This can be achieved by using either carbide single point, carbide multipoint, or high-speed steel bits.
- Metal forming is a process in which a plate or sheet is bent to a specific degree. The various shapes include “U,” “V,” “W,” or “Z” through the use of a press and bend die.
- Plate Burning is a process used to cut steel and aluminum to a desired shape utilizing a plasma or oxy fuel torch.
