    • The Gummi GUMMI FK clutch adapts to high speed regimes and cyclic operations. It combines the advantages of a robust clutch and a flexible coupling, as its pneumatic chamber absorbs misalignment and vibrations. The coupling of its pads is uniform throughout the entire friction surface and the torque is proportional to the air pressure. No need for lubrication or wear regulation of the friction material.

    • GUMMI flexible couplings absorb misalignments and vibrations. Misalignment represents 50% of the causes of bearing breakage, in addition to other elements of the machines (seals, gears), which are not prepared for the bending of the the shaft. The GUMMI coupling, flexible as it is, absorbs misalignments, reducing efforts and increasing the operating life of components.
    It absorbs vibrations and shocks, providing a longer service life for your equipment. The average of vibrations that are transmitted in a system, from one side to the other, is around 70%. The latter is minimized by the absorption capacity of the flexible center. GUMMI couplings are simple to install. Replacement is faster because it is a single element. It uses higher alignment tolerances. There is no need to move the pieces for replacement and they do not require lubrication.

    VNDD coupling is specially used for heavy duty...

    • The VNDD coupling is specially used for heavy duty. It allows radial, axial and angular misalignments between the coupled shafts, absorbing shocks and vibrations from the component parts of the transmission. It has elastic polyurethane elements with high torque transmission capacity and greater resistance to dust, water, oil and other aggressive agents. Due to its simplified construction, the VNDD coupling allows quick and safe installation. It eliminates lubrication and preventive maintenance costs. Depending on its claws, this coupling can withstand rotational misalignment. During maintenance, it allows the movement of the component parts independently and only the elastomers are replaced “without disassembling the coupling”, minimizing replacement costs and machine downtimes.
