Owners of medium to large commercial vessels need reliable equipment that requires little maintenance, and is easily adaptable in mounting and replacing. Perko's Flex Mount LED navigation lights are ideal for boats 20 Meters (65.6 ft.) to 50 Meters (164.0 ft.) in length.

Proudly built in the USA of rugged black or white polymer with sealed LED housings, these lights adapt to wide range of installations, are easy to mount and have no user serviceable parts. They fit the same bolt pattern as the Perko Figs. 1364-1374 series. Operating on 12/24 VDC, or 120/240 VAC systems, they come pre-wired with 3' of heavy-duty 16/3-SO cable. Offered with LED bulbs that provide a longer serviceable life, they draw less power and are more durable than traditional incandescent units. With a lens height of 3.5", they feature a color-specific translucent insert on the top to help identify the color of the lens. They are ABYC-certified and USCG-third party certified for 2 to 5 nm.

Perko's new Flex Mount Navigation Light System allows the same lamp to be used for both single and double mount applications. The 1077-1080 series uses a heavy-duty powder-coated aluminium support mounting bracket that allows individual fixtures that are damaged in service to be easily and quickly replaced. This interchangeability results in a significant cost savings in equipment, and less installation and repair time.

XR Series Xenon Searchlights are designed and manufactured to meet the demanding needs of commercial marine applications. The short arc Xenon filled lamps produce an extremely bright and very white light which can be focused in the pilothouse into a narrow long range beam. The heavy duty head of the light is a marine grade aluminum casting with integral cooling fins to assure cool operation at high output levels. The cast marine aluminum yoke & base are equally rugged. High quality Timkin bearings provide for smooth 380° rotation.

The XR Series model 9304 searchlight can be operated continuously at 500 watts for a maximum brightness of 35,000,000 candlepower and over 3 mile (IES Handbook) range. An iridium coated precision reflector provides for maximum light output and sharp focus. The remote control panel controls lamp ignition (start-up) and focus from the pilot house. Superior cooling is provided by a heavy duty cooling fan which blows air across the lamp inside the sealed housing.

Perko 8603 battery selector switches are among the most popular heavy duty battery switches ever produced. 

These heavy duty switches are rated at up to 380 amps continuous and 850 amps intermittent (see specifications). An alternator field disconnect feature is standard. The 90° rotation feature of the knob allows users to feel the switches' position in no light situations and the classic shape of the knob makes it easy to turn.

Battery selector switches permit battery selection (of two or more batteries) for specific purposes including starting engines, running accessories or even recharging. They allow for the use of one or more batteries in systems with one or more engines and facilitate putting batteries in parallel for emergency starting when one or both batteries are substantially discharged. Perko battery switches are designed for surface mounting. Heavy duty disconnect switches have bright red polycarbonate reinforced housings for safety with large easy-to-turn black knobs. Selector switches are designed with a "make before break" feature. This allows switching between the "1", the "ALL" and the "2" positions while the engine is running. Models with an "Alternator Field Disconnect" feature offer protection for Non-Unitized Alternators should the switch accidentally be turned to the "OFF" position with the engine running. High conductivity studs are long enough to handle more than 1 cable and strong enough for torque needed for secure connections.

 Large Boat Strainer is designed for easy installation, cleaning and maintenance.

Aircraft style mounting nuts hold fast without lock washers. They are held captive by the body and can't be dropped or lost. Once the mounting nuts are loosened, a convenient handle on the top covers allows it to be easily and removed providing quick access to the strainer basket. Four 316 stainless steel tie rods and strainer basket minimize electrolysis.

The diameter of the screen holes is 0.079" providing 47% open area, among the highest in the industry for cylindrical strainer baskets. A drain plug in the bottom casting is provided for easy sediment removal or to drain when winterizing. A transparent cylinder provides a visual check for debris, metal cycliner may be available upon request.

Duplex strainers permit continuous engine operation by permitting strainer clean-out while the engine is running. Properly sized, a single side of the strainer will allow adequate flow for cooling. Using an integral valve, either side can be closed and cleaned without affecting coolant flow to the engine through the other side.
