Norwegian Greentech AS  was established in 2010 in Fosnavåg, Norway.

We have focused our research on space-saving, reliable performance, optimized efficiency and operational features. Early partnerships with Norwegian Institute for Water Research (NIVA) and DNV-GL underpinned our endeavor to build a performant and efficient system.

Norwegian BWMS received IMO/DNL-GL type approval in December 2012, after several years of patenting own design, successful testing in challenging water conditions and product development. Early 2022, Norwegian BWMS received the USCG type approval. 

Norwegian Greentech is based in Fosnavåg on the western coast of Norway, with the ocean as its nearest neighbour. We work closely with the ocean industries and our customers, who give us direct and clear feedback. At the same time, we are part of a world-leading maritime cluster engaged in pro-active technology development and forward-looking innovation.
