Since 1995 ProfiSeal is specialized in the design and manufacture of highly reliable propeller shaft, sterntube seals and bulkhead seals for the ship building Industry. We are the inventor of the only fireproof bulkhead seal worldwide, which fulfills the fire protection classification A60. Our seals are type approved from international classification societies including DNV, LR, BV, KR and have the product design assessment (PDA) from ABS. Hence, our products are fulfilling the highest demands and standards. We offer a fast and reliable engineering support for customized projects and hence, you find our seals many newbuild or refit project. ProfiSeal is your reliable partner for all kind of workboats, offshore-supply vessels, passenger vessels (including RoRo, RoPax), fast patrol boats, governmental boats, special crafts as well as for yachts and super-yachts. Typically, our propeller shaft seals are used for propulsion systems with a shaft diameter of up to 200 mm, while our bulkhead seals are used in the range from 50 mm to 600 mm shaft diameter. We also offer contract manufacturing of components made of aluminium, bronze and stainless steel up to a size of 800x800x800 mm.
