  • BOW PRO 48 VDC Series
An alternative to hydraulic thrusters, the BOW PRO 48 VDC thruster series offers full proportional control with brushless induction motors and thrust outputs of up to 420 kgf for boats up to 30 meters (100 feet)....

  • The BOW PRO 48 VDC series thrusters are battery powered at 48 VCD and offer all the advantages of the standard VETUS BOW PRO thrusters, including full proportional control with brushless induction motors. Available in several propeller and tunnel diameters, BOW PRO 48 VDC thrusters are available with thrust outputs of up to 420 kgf for boats up to 30 meters (100 feet) and a runtime of 10 minutes or more at full power, ultimately limited by battery capacity and recharge rate.

    Features:

    • Proportional control for varied power output and more precise control
    • Efficient, sealed, brushless induction motors for maximum runtime on a charged battery bank
    • Digital control via a VETUS V-CAN CAN bus motor controller
    • Resistant to damage from misuse and overuse with heat-sensing and self-regulating electronics
    • Simple and intuitive operation with a small self-learning curve on adjusting the thrust
    • Control panel with a lock-and-hold function to make single-handed docking much easier
  • BOW PRO BOWB285, BOWB300 and BOWB320 Thrusters
The BOW PRO types BOWB285, BOWB300 and BOWB320 are for tunnels measuring 300 mm (11.8 in) in diameter. The series offers thrust outputs of 285 kgf, 300 kgf, and 320 kgf, respectively, and is designed for vessels ranging from 20-30 meters (60-100 feet)....

  • RC12 Vertical Rope/Chain Series Windlasses
The RC12 Series is suitable for lighter displacement vessels up to 24 meters (80 feet). The RC12HD has been designed to meet typical classification society requirements or regulations and is well suited to vessels requiring high service speeds....

  • The RC12 Series incorporates Maxwell’s latest stylish innovation in automatic rope/chain windlass technology. Retaining the classic open design styling more appropriate on larger boats, the RC12 and RC12HD represent the next generation of windlass evolution in every respect and feature Maxwell’s revolutionary and patented Wave Design™ chainwheel.

    RC12 Features

    • Effortlessly retrieve and deploy 10- to 13-mm (3/8” to 1/2”) short-link chain combined with 16-to 22-mm (5/8” to 7/8”) 8-brait (plait) nylon rope
    • Maximum pull of 1,590 kg (3,500 lb) and an anchor retrieval rate of 15 m/min (50 ft/min)
    • AISI 316 stainless-steel construction

    RC12HD Features

    • Designed for use with 10- to 13-mm (3/8” to 1/2”) short-link chain combined with 16- to 22-mm (5/8” to 7/8”) nylon rope
    • Classification society approval available
    • Well suited to light-duty commercial vessels requiring high service speeds as the reduced weight of the rope/chain combination removes weight from the bow
    2205 Duplex and AISI 316 stainless-steel construction
  • VWC Series Windlasses
The VWC Series windlasses are designed for automatic vertical handling of chain-only anchor rodes while offering an independent capstan for the retrieval of a secondary rope and chain rode or to assist with docking procedures....
