    Optimized for Reduced Heat Dissipation and Effective Ventilation...

  • The CENTAMAX series is characterized by a highly efficient self-ventilating design. The high thermal capacity (HTC) design features a superior allowable power loss compared to other conventional couplings. This ensures longer equipment life in newer, more torsionally active low-emission diesel engine systems. The HTC design also makes CENTAMAX a cost-effective solution, as less costly coupling designs may be used in many applications. The torsional flexibility and elasticity of this rubber-in-shear design shifts critical resonances below operation speed. The drive is then subject to only minor continuous vibratory torques, protecting and extending the life of your equipment. Rubber elements for the CENTAMAX are available in different degrees of shore hardness. CENTAMAX elements are also offered in higher temperature CENTALAN-HT or silicone if required. This enables easy adjustment of the torsional flexibility of the couplings. Torsional vibrations are damped, and resonance reduced, minimizing the impact on your driven equipment. CENTAMAX is built with overload protection.   • LAMIDISC couplings are suitable for power transmission in hazardous areas. They are certified according to EC Directive 94/9/EC (ATEX 95) and are suitable for potentially explosive atmospheres GROUP II (categories 2G/2D).

    We provide turn-key solutions rather than just couplings. With this aim, we offer LAMIDISC couplings in combination with steel or composite drive shafts and other components such as JS nuts, bearings, expansion bolts, etc.

    The Jaure MT couplings can be also delivered on demand with type 3.2 Inspection. Certificate of any marine classification society.

  • Jaure JHC Hydraulic Couplings
    The main advantage of the JHC is its simplicity for mounting-dismounting.
    This operation can be done without any special tooling or gauge manufactured
    specifically for it, and can be carried out in a short period of time....

  • The main parts of the JHC coupling are the inner sleeve and the outer hub. The fitting surfaces of the sleeve and hub are slightly tapered. By driving the outer hub onto the inner sleeve, it is generated an interference fit with the shaft.

    The press fit required for the JHC coupling is defined by the expansion of the hub. It may also be defined by the axial drive-up distance of the hub onto the tapered sleeve.

    Dismounting is done in a similar way: the friction between the tapers is overcome by injecting oil.

    Features and Benefits:

    The main advantage of JHC couplings is its simplicity for mounting and dismounting. This operation can be done without any special tooling or gauge manufactured specially for it and can be carried out in a short period of time. Only a high-pressure oil pump is needed for the mounting and dismounting.

    Other advantages:

    • No need for heating or cooling of the parts.
    • Shaft does not need to have any special shape.
    • Due to its specific fitting method, it can be mounted and dismounted several times, without the shafts getting worn.
    • Easy to adjust to its desired position before mounting it, by rotating and/or moving axially.
    • Thanks to its engineered design, stresses are uniformly spread when transmitting the torque. The whole contact surface between parts transmits torque.
    • Can withstand high shock load
