  • B: CONNECT – Fleet Management System
B: Connect is the Böning solution for the current demand of monitoring and control of vessels remotely, and being able to go back in time, and see past data without having to be present on board....

  • The Böning Fleet Management System provides maritime communities real-time vessel monitoring from a cloud-based Command-Center environment via an easy-to-use system, also accessible via tablet or smartphone. Böning Engineers have taken existing remote monitoring equipment called B: Connect to transmit and receive communications via built-in cellular or existing customer-provided internet connection such as VSAT. In the event of loss of connectivity, the information will be buffered and transmitted when the internet connection is re-established. The data is transferred to a cloud server that records all pertinent data for a minimum of 3 years and is easily extracted by the customer.  The amount and speed of data transferred from the vessel to the Command Center are only limited to the internet connection. An example of some of the systems that can be monitored is all parameters of the location of a vessel (speed, heading, location), sea state (pitch and roll), main diesel engines, hybrid battery, tank levels, hours, speed, bilges, and much more. The software used for the Command-Center fleet is completely customizable to the needs of the customer.

  • Navigation Light Panel – AHD-DPS 02
The AHD-DPS 02 controls and monitors from 14 to 42 navigation and signal lights on board vessels. Due to its modular structure, the system can be matched to customer-specific requirements all while meeting class standards....

  • The AHD-DPS 02 is a robust navigation light control solution. The system boasts the ability to operate individually in the case that the monitoring system fails, providing sought-after redundancy. Both the panel as well as the controller meet Bureau Veritas, CRS, DNV, Lloyd’s Register, PRS, and PMPC standards allowing for a plug-and-play solution for class-sized vessels. The space-saving operation panels are available in 2 standard sizes, for cut-out 150mm x 150mm (5.9 in x 5.9 in) or 294mm x 150mm (11.5 in x 5.9 in), with an installation depth of 80 mm (3.1 in). If you place your order, the front plate is printed as requested by the customer, so that every project receives an individualized control unit.

  • Marine Engines Monitoring and Alarm Syst – AHD-514
The compact system AHD 504 / 514 has been designed and optimized for monitoring diesel engines. It provides all required functions for starting and stopping the engine as well as monitoring all required sensors....

  • Compact system, designed with all required functions for starting, stopping, and monitoring marine diesel engines (as main propulsion engines or gensets).

  • Fuel Management System
Fuel cost is one of the most expensive parts of vessel ownership. A full overview of your engine performance and trip parameters helps reduce these costs. With this motivation, we designed the Böning Fuel Management feature...

  • The Böning Fuel Management app is the most sophisticated software to monitor your instant fuel flow, and have full control of your trip consumption and distance to empty, in a graphical and intuitive way. The Böning app allows the captain to adjust to the best fuel efficiency or best engine performance. The software includes a virtual fuel tank, which eliminates the need of connecting the tank gauges or additional sensors to the Böning system.

  • General Alarm Panel – AHD-GAP F
The AHD-GAP F is designed for acoustic and optical signals in emergency situations. In addition to manual activation of the horn, the common mandatory signals Abandon Ship, General Alarm, and Fire Alarm are hard coded and can be activated in intervals....

  • The integrated priority circuit ensures that the signal “Abandon ship” has priority over the signals “General Alarm,“ and “Fire Alarm“. Upon activation of the manual signal generator, currently running signal sequences are paused for 20 seconds and then resumed. It is possible to connect external devices with which a general alarm or a fire alarm can be triggered or the currently emitted signal sequence can be interrupted, for example for loudspeaker announcements. Additionally, the general alarm sequence can be triggered by an externally connected AHD-WAOP (Watch alarm unit BNWAS). The device is protected against unintended activation with a keylock. Manual signals can be generated even in case of a malfunction of the device. AHD-GAP F is designed for installation in bridge consoles and other control stations. The front panel's entire surface is coated with a waterproof, UV resistant and durable plastic film. All controls are illuminated glare-free for safe operation at night. The signal LEDs' brightness is automatically adjusted to the ambient light by a built-in photo sensor. The pluggable Phoenix terminal strip makes simple and fast connection as well as exchange of the device possible.

  • Alarm Monitoring System – AHD 414A
The AHD 414A Alarm and Safety System is a compact unit with 10 free binary inputs for alarm and status notifications....

  • Each input can be programmed as an alarm or status notification. During an incoming alarm, the corresponding LED on the front plate blinks. Status notifications are indicated optically as a continuous light. Alarms activate an internal buzzer and switch on the horn relay. Both alarms and status notifications can trigger the group relays K1, K2, and/or K3
  • Tank Monitoring
The Böning AHD-SAS15 module is a professional tank monitoring device, capable of monitoring tanks with different types of sensors....

  • The data stasion AHD-SAS 15 is used in decentralized alarm and monitoring systems on ships and in industrial installations for recording, monitoring and processing binary and analog sensors. All common types of sensors can be directly connected and monitored. It allows the programming of filters and other data processing techniques to avoid false low and high-level alarms, while the boat is underway. AHD SAS 15 is usually connected via CAN bus to other components of an overall AMS/AMCS system, which further processes the acquired data and provides it for visualization. Two CAN buses are available for redundant communication. For the acquisition of the different measurement types, 15 pluggable input modules are available, which are installed according to the project-specific configuration in the slots provided. The AHD-SAS 15 can therefore very flexibly be integrated into a specified or existing sensor system.
