Founded in 1884 as a small forge shop in Cleveland, OH, Dyson has grown to become a leading manufacturer of critical fasteners ranging in size from 1½” up to 20” in diameter, and custom forgings ranging in size from 1/2 to 10,000 lbs. The fasteners and forgings we produce are used primarily in the Military Marine, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Heavy Construction, Hydropower, and other Infrastructure industries. Our products are produced to ASME, MIL, ANSI, SAE, DIN, and customer specific standards from domestically poured/DFARS compliant raw materials. Dyson is an ISO 9001:2015 certified ITAR compliant manufacturer.
Dyson is vertically integrated with in-house forging, heat treating, machining, assembly, and quality inspection. The forge shop has an extensive range of capabilities that allows us to produce domestic nuts at import prices. Dyson also has extensive CNC turning and milling operations, thread rolling, drilling, tapping, and assembly capabilities. We are in the unique position of being able to manufacture both externally and internally threaded products at the same facility to ensure mating components for large diameter fasteners.
