Platypus Marine’s 10 acre waterfront facility is one of the Pacific Northwest’s largest indoor full service shipyards with a long standing, proven record of excellence in maintenance, repair, refit, modification and new construction of commercial and recreational vessels. Located in Port Angeles, Washington, Platypus Marine offers deep-water, heavy lift haul out capability. With 110,000 square feet of indoor, heated production and repair space, we effectively and simultaneously manage multiple projects, as well as servicing U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, and Coast Guard vessels. Our professional and multitalented work force excels in working with all types of vessels built in fiberglass, steel, aluminum and wood, along with the servicing and repair of propulsion, mechanical, electrical and auxiliary systems. Our experienced and dedicated management team will maintain project timelines while ensuring quality and controlling project costs.
